Dwarskersbos is located 150 km North from Cape Town, travelling along the route 27 to Velddrif.

Here you can find beautiful white sandy beaches, colourful sunsets and a uninterrupted view of St Helena Bay . The rare african Black Oystercatcher (Tobie) pecks at mussels, while a seal bathes in the sun as the trawlers go by in search of fish.

Schools of dolphins (sometimes several hundred) can be seen at any time, chasing the schools of fish or just leaping from the waves with pure joy.
